Tri Counties Bank Down Payment Assistance Program

The National Asian American Coalition in partnership with Tri Counties Bank will assist home buyers with their Down Payment Assistance (DPA) Program in the Bay Area and Central Valley.

The DPA Program aims to assist qualifying low- to moderate-income home buyers, especially in underserved communities, to fund down payments on home purchases.

Qualifying home buyers can receive a forgivable loan of up to 3% of the price of the home (with $10k maximum) and obtain additional DPA through WISH program that provides up to $22,000 for a down payment.
